Subscription & Billing Policies
TextEditImage offers two ways to pay: one-time credit packs and subscriptions. Both grant credits that you spend on image edits. Credits never expire.
One-time credit packs
One-time credit packs are single purchases — no recurring charges, no automatic renewals. You pay once and the credits are added to your balance immediately.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

How credits work
- Credits are deducted per image edit, based on the model and output resolution you choose.
- Credits never expire for one-time packs. Subscription credits are replenished at the start of each period and do not roll over beyond the active subscription.
- You can see your remaining balance in your dashboard at any time.
Refunds
- Failed generations — If a generation fails, the credits are automatically refunded to your balance. You only pay for successful generations.
- Unused one-time credits — Because one-time credits never expire, purchased credit packs are non-refundable once delivered to your account, except where required by applicable consumer law (e.g. EU 14-day withdrawal right).
- Unused subscriptions — If you cancel a subscription, you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not prorate or refund the remainder of a partially used billing period, except where required by applicable consumer law.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — If you were charged twice or in error, contact us at support@texteditimage.com with the payment reference and we will refund the erroneous charge within 5–10 business days.
- Banned accounts — As set out in our Terms of Service, accounts terminated for creating prohibited content forfeit any remaining credits or paid balances, which are non-refundable.
Changing plans
You can upgrade to a larger credit pack or subscription at any time. A new purchase adds credits on top of your existing balance — nothing is lost. You can also downgrade or cancel a subscription from your account settings.
Payment providers
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (currently PayPal). We never see or store your full payment details. All prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction.
