Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TextEditImage ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

TextEditImage is an AI-powered online tool that edits text inside images. We provide a software-as-a-service platform that lets you upload an image, specify the text change you want, and download an edited result. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@texteditimage.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of or access to your account.

Content Safety & Prohibited Content

We strictly prohibit the use of the Service to create, generate, edit, or distribute any of the following:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content — including but not limited to nudity, sexual acts, sexualized depictions of any person, and erotic or adult-themed imagery.
• Sexual content involving minors — any depiction of minors in a sexual context. We have a zero-tolerance policy for this and will report such content to the relevant authorities.
• Hateful, violent, or harassing content — content that promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or threats against individuals or groups.
• Illegal content — content that violates any applicable law or regulation, including counterfeit documents, forged credentials, or fraudulent materials.
• Content that infringes third-party rights — content that violates the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Deepfake content of real people without consent — realistic manipulated media depicting a real, identifiable person used in a deceptive or harmful manner.

Enforcement. We use automated filters and manual review to detect prohibited usage. If we determine that you have created or attempted to create prohibited content:

• Your account may be permanently suspended.
• Any remaining credits or paid balances are forfeited and non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to remove prohibited content from our systems at any time without notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Use the Service to create content prohibited under the Content Safety section of these Terms.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Subscription Policies, which describe our rules for refunds, failed generations, and unused credits.

Credits

Credits are the unit used to generate images on the Service. Credits are added to your account upon successful payment. Credits never expire and can be used at any time. Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable once delivered to your account, except as described in our Subscription Policies.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the images you upload to the Service.

User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the images you upload to and generate with the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the right to use and modify the images you upload. We do not claim ownership of your images. Images you upload and results you generate are stored on our servers for as long as needed to provide the Service and to let you access your history. You may request deletion of your content by contacting support@texteditimage.com.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, including the Content Safety policy. You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@texteditimage.com.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the Service.
